Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fill thermos with boiling water to preheat the thermos. Let sit for 5 minutes then dump the water out.
  2. Fill 1/4 way with wheat (about 1/2 cup) then fill 3/4 full with boiling water.
  3. Start this the night before and it will be ready for breakfast or lunch. When ready to eat stir thouroughly
  4. Pack any toppings like butter or sugar separately and add before eating.
