Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 275.
  2. In a large baking dish thoroughly mix all ingredients for sauce.
  3. Put brisket in baking dish and turn over once to coat it with sauce.
  4. Seal dish tightly with foil and bake at 275 for 7 hours.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to stand 1 hour before slicing.
  6. Slice across the grain and serve with sauce.
