Symphony Angel Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cps chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • filling
  • 1 8 oz symphony bar
  • 1 1/2 pts. whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Crush cookies in food processor
  2. Add butter and sugar
  3. Press into 9 inch pie plate
  4. Bake at 350 for ten minutes
  5. Cool
  6. Melt Symphony bar over hot water
  7. Slowly add to cream as it is whipping
  8. Add sugar and vanilla
  9. Pour into pie shell
  10. Refrigerate till firm (at least one hour)
  11. Decorate with dollops of whipped cream and chocolate curls
  12. This is a dedadent desert and every one will love it.
