Directions:

  1. Combine brown sugar, pecans, ginger & salt.
  2. Layer half the sweet potatoes in baking dish, then layer half the brown sugar mixture. Repeat. Dot with butter substitute. In 350 oven bake covered for 30min. then uncover, place peaches on top. Return to oven for 10 minutes longer.
