Super Simple Homemade Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup cold milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Mix first four ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  3. Cut in butter with a fork until crumbly.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Stir to form a ball and add more milk if necessary.
  6. Pat ball until 1 thick.
  7. Cut circles and place onto greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes.
