1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Store in an airtight container.
2. To serve, spoon 1/4 cup cocoa mix into each mug. Add 1 cup boiling water, and stir well. Top with miniature marshmallows or sugar-free candy canes, if desired (marshmallows and candy canes not included in analysis).
