Directions:

  1. MIX THE SPICES
  2. SPRINKLE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE PORK CHOPS
  3. REFRIGERATE FOR A FEW HOURS OR LONGER (I LEAVE MINE IN THE REFRIGERATOR ALL DAY)
  4. WHEN READY TO FRY, HEAT THE OIL IN A CAST IRON OR HEAVY SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT FOR ABOUT 3-5 MINUTES
  5. DIP THE PORK CHOPS IN FLOUR THEN SHAKE OFF EXCESS FLOUR
  6. PLACE PORK CHOPS IN HOT OIL
  7. DO NOT OVERCROWD THE PORK CHOPS, WILL TAKE TWO BATCHES OF FRYING
  8. COOK FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE
  9. DO NOT OVERCOOK OR THE MEAT WILL BE DRY
  10. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS AND SERVE
  11. CAN SERVE WITH RICE AND GRAVY, CORNBREAD, ETC...
  12. SAVE YOUR PORK CHOP DRIPPINGS, ADD FLOUR & WATER TO MAKE A PORK CHOP GRAVY TO GO OVER THE RICE.
