  2. Add drained chicken that has been chopped into bite sized pieces, vegetables, rotini, whole can of rotel tomatoes, and onion powder.
  3. Reduce heat; simmer for 7-8 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
