Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish.
  3. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more or until heated through.
  4. I like this as is, but you could serve it over rice.
