1. In medium size skillet, cook onions and green pepper in butter until tender.
2. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings.
3. Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
4. In another skillet, bring cider to boil, add sausage, and simmer 10 minutes.
5. Prepare macaroni according to package directions, drain arrange on platter, top with sausage and sauce.
