Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute the onions and garlic in a little olive oil in a large non-stick pan or seasoned cast iron skillet.
  2. Add potatoes. On medium heat, stir-fry for approximately 30 minutes, or until they are soft on the inside and brown on the outside.
  3. Add smoked paprika and stir until the pieces are evenly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
