  • 1 Heat oil in skillet,saute onions,green bell peppers, and garlic until soft.
  • 2 Add ground beef and cook to brown.
  • 3 Drain off fat.
  • 4 Add all remaining ingredients, except shrimp and rice.
  • 5 Cover, heat to boiling, simmer on low heat for 25 min.
  • 6 Add shrimp and white rice.
  • 7 Stir until shrimp is pink.
