Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice Goya ripe plaintains in half (lengthwise).
  2. Lay 2 sections of plantain on a lumpia wrapper.
  3. Sprinkle some brown sugar on the plantains.
  4. Wrap lumpia according to package directions.
  5. Deep-fry in oil until golden brown.
  6. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  7. Enjoy!
