4 yellow zucchini squash stuff Recipes

ground beef, crushed tomatoes, undrained, diced tomatoes, undrained, whole kernel corn, undrained, yellow squash, sliced, zucchini, sliced, potatoes, peeled and cubed, seasoning salt, ground black pepper

baby squash, mixed (like zucchini, yellow and pattypan), butter, sweet onion, diced, sherry wine (the good stuff, not cooking sherry), fresh thyme, chopped, garlic salt, fresh ground black pepper

cooked rice (i used brown, but i am sure white will work just as good), olive oil, zucchini, sliced thin, yellow squash, sliced thin, chopped white onion (or whatever you have), green bell pepper, chopped, mushrooms, sliced (more if you wish), garlic cloves, minced, garlic salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, petite diced tomatoes (or reg.diced), mexicorn (drained ), black beans, rinsed and drained, cheese , i used italian blend but monterey jack would also be good, sliced cooked chicken (optional)
