mild sausage (i just use jimmy dean or any bulk sausage), onions, chopped, celery, chopped (leaves chopped too), mixed mushrooms, thin sliced, butter, pecans, chopped fine, breadcrumbs, mixed (7 cups herbed cubes-pepperidge farm or any brand, 5 cups corn bread-pepperidge farm or any brand, 5 ), milk, chicken broth (or less ), salt, pepper, poultry seasoning (or mixture of sage, savory, thyme and marjoram too)
