4 wrapped bratwurst with mustard Recipes

fresh bratwursts (1 lb.), beer, sauerkraut, flour tortillas (10 inch), honey dijon mustard, smoked swiss cheese

bratwurst, light beer, brown sugar, cayenne pepper or to taste, bacon, cut in half (i like to use the precooked so it comes out nice and crispy, not underdone)

crescent rolls , i used pillsbury brand (you can also find the sheets if you can fine them), sauerkraut , you can also fresh kraut from the deli too which i prefer if they carry it, cooked bratwursts (pre-cooked or follow cooking directions, in step 1), spicy brown mustard, honey, egg, beaten, caraway seed (optional), onion, cut in quarters and thin sliced, butter, salt, pepper, cheese sauce (cheese and beer sauce, see note below)
