penne pasta, uncooked, peas , frozen petite, ham, chopped small, milk, flour, butter, extra virgin olive oil, garlic cloves, chopped (or more !), cream cheese , lite is wonderful in this, parmesan cheese, salt (to taste), fresh pepper (to taste)
