chicken tenders, guldens spicy brown mustard, mayonnaise, wishbone italian dressing, grated onion (juice, use a microplane), garlic powder, flour, italian seasoned breadcrumbs, crushed cheez-it crackers (use ziploc bag & release some stress, lol), original essence, vegetable oil (for frying )
