2 wintery Recipes

extra virgin olive oil, turkey sausage, cut into small pieces, ground beef, vegetable broth, water, white onion, roughly diced, red potatoes, cubed and skin-on, kale, stemmed, washed & chopped (bite size), dark red kidney beans, button mushrooms, garlic cloves, chopped, diced tomatoes, salt & freshly ground black pepper (i used a lot of pepper)
