red potatoes, sliced how you like (just slice them in a uniform size so they all cook evenly), vidalia onion, chopped, red pepper, chopped, orange bell pepper, chopped, thick cut bacon, chopped, garlic cloves, chopped, olive oil, salted butter, beer of your choice, kosher salt (eyeball it), fresh cracked black pepper (eyeball it), paprika (eyeball), seasoning salt (eyeball)
