3 vics potatoes Recipes

frozen shredded hashed brown potatoes, thawed (i ve never thawed them first), melted butter, chopped onion (optional-i almost always use dried minced onion in this recipe ), chopped red bell pepper (optional-i like to use a combo of whatever color peppers i have on hand...the more the better!), sea salt, pepper, garlic salt, crushed red pepper, cream of chicken soup (low fat , no problem), sour cream (i always use fat free w/excellent results), shredded cheddar cheese
