7 turkey pot pie using leftovers Recipes

turkey breast (about 2 cups), carrot, red onion, shelled edamame (soy beans), pie crusts, turkey gravy (i use heinz), rosemary (fresh if possible)

pastry dough , for a 9 inch double crust pie, cubed cooked turkey, mixed vegetables , thawed if using frozen veggies, chopped onions, condensed cream of chicken soup, milk, season with salt & pepper, gravy (optional-i used leftover gravy for sauce, helpful), thicken potpie gravy

ground turkey, butter, onion, finely chopped, garlic, crushed, flour, chicken broth, eggs, beaten, fresh sage, minced, salt, pepper, frozen peas, sweet potatoes, nutmeg, butter, melted, salt, pepper, buttermilk, buckwheat flour, unbleached flour, shortening (i use butter-flavored crisco), ice water, salt, balsamic vinegar, egg, beaten

olive oil, butter, celery, chopped, onion, diced, carrot, chopped (can use leftover carrots if you made a glazed carrot for thanksgiving), mashed potatoes (see my recipe for perfect ), gravy, turkey, cooked, diced, peas (or green beans from your green bean casserole), poultry seasoning, pie crust (see my recipe)

boneless skinless chicken thighs , you can also use chicken breasts and leftovers (1 1/2 cups chicken, turkey or shrimp cut into bite size pieces), chicken stock (i like stock for this but broth will work), creme fraiche, onion, diced, leeks, thin sliced, celery, chopped fine (1 rib), peas (frozen ), sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, fresh basil, flour (plus -- additional may be needed to achieve a nice gravy texture), salt, pepper, butter, mashed potatoes (i prefer to make my own, but you can easily use a store bought deli or premade), creme fraiche, fresh parsley, grated parmesan cheese (1/4 cup in the potato mix, and 1/4 cup as a garnish for the top), salt
