bread (white is traditional, but i use low-carb rye), heinz baked beans in tomato sauce (both products come in a blue can, do not use american pork & beans or bush s beans etc. only heinz), worcestershire sauce

corned beef, sauerkraut, well drained, dill relish, thousand island dressing (this can be replaced with sour cream, if preferred), white cheese (muenster, havarti, mozzarella or the traditional swiss works best), freshly shredded, party rye or pumpernickel bread

dried beef, cream of mushroom soup (reduced sodium works great ), whole milk, butter, white pepper, toasted bread (rye is great but white is traditional)
