skinless chicken legs , excess fat removed (i use 4 legs per bag), apricot jam (i use 2 jars), diced tomatoes, taco seasoning mix

olive oil, chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic clove, minced, diced tomatoes with juice (undrained), worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, dried basil, salt, pepper, tabasco sauce, chicken pieces (i usually use 5-6 pieces, depending on size)

progresso chicken minestrone soup (or veg minestrone for vegetarian version), white corn, veg-all veggies, black beans, diced rotel tomatoes (i use the mild ones )
