ground beef (i used a 50/50 mix of beef and turkey), onion, finely chopped, egg, beaten, mushroom soup mix or 1 (1 7/8 oz) packet mushroom-onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper (to taste), butter, brown sugar, tomato sauce or 1 cup tomato juice, lemon juice, onion, finely chopped, malt vinegar, water, plum sauce (optional, found in the asian food section of the supermarket ), salt and pepper (to taste)

ground turkey, teriyaki seasoning (grill mates by mccormick), breadcrumbs, egg, slightly beaten, sweet and sour sauce (may use 1 bottles if you like less sauce), egg noodles, green bell pepper, sliced, red bell pepper, sliced, canned pineapple (optional)
