graham cracker crumbs or 1 1/2 cups gingersnap crumbs or 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs, macadamia nuts, finely chopped, white sugar, unsalted butter, cream cheese (i highly recommend philadelphia brand), sugar, eggs, pure vanilla extract, lemon juice (optional), unflavored gelatin (i use knox), boiling water , plus, boiling water, strawberry gelatin (i use jello brand), strawberries (extra large size), white chocolate (optional)

softened butter, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, jello instant vanilla pudding mix (4 serving), low-fat milk, grated orange rind, thawed cool whip lite, strawberries, washed,dried & sliced in half lengthwise (reserve 1 whole berry), raspberry jam, warmed & sieved
