bisquick heart smart baking mix, canola oil, egg substitute or beaten egg, low-fat buttermilk, stir-ins, dried blueberries or cranberries or, shredded dried coconut + 2 tbsp toasted pecan pieces or, semisweet chocolate chips or, raisins soaked overnight in 2 tbsp dark rum (drain raisins well before adding to waffle mixture)
