pam cooking spray (i use the pam olive oil spray to coat the crock pot before adding ingredients), crabmeat (lump or imitation ), parmesan cheese (grated ), onion, chopped (1 small onion chopped & microwaved with 1 tsp olive oil for about 1 minute or 4 medium green on), marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped (i use rienzi or cento brand & pulse them a few times in processor), frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained well, cream cheese, cubed, red bell pepper, chopped, monterey jack cheese, shredded, black olives, drained (sliced black olives), salt & pepper, lemon juice

cream cheese, fresh spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, grated parmesan cheese, onion (finely chopped ), garlic cloves (finely chopped ), marinated artichoke hearts (drain well )

pork steak (about 3 steaks), diced tomatoes, onion, coarsely chopped, artichokes, quarters chopped, garlic cloves, put through press, oregano, vermouth, divided, salt (to taste) (optional), frozen spinach (optional), fresh mushrooms, sliced or 4 -6 oz canned mushroom slices, parmesan cheese
