cake flour (i made my own by combining spelt flour and arrowroot flour), unbleached cane sugar, baking soda (non-aluminum), sea salt, organic cocoa powder, light oil, raspberry preserves, organic vanilla extract, unsweetened applesauce, apple cider vinegar, water (mix with the vinegar), softened soy margarine (earth balance), soymilk, vegan powdered sugar, organic vanilla, melted semisweet vegan chocolate chips (i used white and dark)

whole wheat or spelt flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spices, brown sugar, sunflower seed oil (can be substituted for applesauce), milk (skim is ok), pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, chocolate chips or raisins

rolled oats(whole ), half a cup of rolled spelt, sultanas, dried apricots chopped, dried prunes chopped, walnuts (hazelnuts) roughly chopped, grated apple, boiled water from the kettle, milk or rice or soy , which ever you prefer...or none of them

light spelt flour, raw sugar, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, ripe bananas pureed, vanilla soy milk, sunflower oil, water, apple cider vinegar, vanilla, ganache, semisweet chocolate chips, vanilla soy milk
