4 sliced pork sandwich gravy Recipes

butter, rye bread, cooked pork, sliced very thin (cold cooked pork chops or pork roast), onion, thinly sliced and sauteed, apple, thinly sliced and sauteed, pork gravy , or, use a mustard vinaigrette (like recipe below)

pork gravy (i made this from leftover broth, but you can use store-bought gravy), bread (any variety you like, i used basic wheat), cooked pork roast (leftover and sliced ), mashed potatoes

boneless pork roast, oil, for sauteeing, mojo criollo , marinating sauce (different brands available in most grocery stores with hispanic foods), pork gravy mix, water, white vinegar or 1/4 cup cider vinegar, bay leaf, onions, sliced, cuban bread , for sandwiches (optional)
