3 sauerkraut cabbage salad Recipes

head white cabbage, finely sliced, head red cabbage, finely sliced, sauerkraut, mustard, salad dressing, sugar, celery seed, salt, pepper

italian salad dressing (i use kraft lite zesty italian), spicy brown mustard, swiss cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, pastrami, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, cooked medium red potatoes, unpeeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes i use 3 medium potato, sauerkraut, well drained, chopped fresh dill (i have used both of them and they both work well) or 2/3 cup sweet pickle, whichever you like (i have used both of them and they both work well), hard-boiled eggs, chopped celery, green olives, sliced, cabbage or lettuce leaf, for serving, pumpernickel bread, to serve with
