lean ground beef, fried and spiced and cooled, taco seasoning or 2 tbsp home made, water, head lettuce, chopped (i like to use a romaine and iceburg mix), roma tomatoes, chopped (if not using roma you may want to seed the juicier variety of tomato), red onion, chopped (optional), green onions, chopped, sliced black olives (optional), red kidney beans, drained and rinsed, chickpeas, drained and rinsed (optional), old cheddar cheese, grated, approx. tortilla chips, coarsely crumbled, brown sugar , packed, vegetable oil, worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, heinz ketchup

ground beef, red kidney beans, head of lettuce (shredded thin), tomatoes (diced ), chopped cooking onion, green onions (sliced ), shredded sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream, italian salad dressing, taco seasonings (or to taste if using from a spice container, perhaps3 tbsp or more), sugar or splenda, ground pepper to taste, dried parsley, sour cream, chopped jalapeno peppers and/or guacamole
