4 rustic cranberry turkey Recipes

butter, onion, diced, stalks celery, diced, garlic, minced, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, sweet italian sausages (8 oz), casings removed, dried cranberries, chopped fresh sage, chopped fresh rosemary, chopped fresh thyme, white wine, french rustic loaf, cut into 1-inch cubes, dried or toasted (or 9 cups store bought ), chicken broth, egg, beaten, chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, turkey breast , boned and butterflied, olive oil

pizza crust, baked (we like a light whole wheat thin crust-homemade), whole-berry cranberry sauce, to room temperature (see basic cranberry sauce or use your leftover cranberry sauce from thanksgiving), sliced green onion , using both white and green parts, shredded monterey jack cheese (i chose a medium sharp white cheddar), turkey, cut into thin strips (original recipe specifies deli smoked turkey ), fresh sage , cut into ribbons (optional and my addition)

mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes , casserole (optional), turkey, chopped, pie dough (i had extra from the apple crostata that i made for a dessert, but you could use any kind of pie dou)
