butter flavored crackers (such as ritz), cream cheese or 1 (8 oz) package neufchatel cheese, at room temperature, marinated sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil (the kind i tried had italian seasonings in the oil already), fresh basil leaf, shredded, garnish (optional)

mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onion, finely chopped, ritz crackers, crushed, cooked bacon, chopped, captain rodneys lime ginger or 1/2 cup tequila lime glaze

mushrooms (about 1/2 lb.), butter, softened, garlic, minced, shredded monterey jack cheese (i use pepper jack), dry white wine or 2 tbsp red wine, soy sauce, fine cracker crumb (i use ritz)
