plain flour 300g, mixed dried fruit 250g(soaked in rum), raisins 200g, dates 5og, honey 130ml, unsalted butter softened 200g, dark brown sugar 175g, fresh orange 1(juice&zest only), mixed spice 1tsp, coco powder 2tsp, egg 2 beaten, ground almonds 25g, baking soda 1/2tsp, baking powder 1/2tsp, rum 2tsp

marie or rich tea biscuits, milo or 100 g hot chocolate powder, cocoa powder, boiling water, butter, sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, chopped fruit , or nuts if wanted

dark chocolate (highest cocoa content possible), eggs , sparated, sponge cakes, cut to the size of the ramekins, brandy, kirsch (or cherry brandy or black cherry juice, or fresh orange juice), dark mixed fruit (rasberrys, blackcurrants, mulberries, blackberries, etc), water, icing sugar, cream (optional, to serve ), grated chocolate (, optional, to serve ), cornflour (or agar agar, not sure on the proportion though)

mixed dried fruit , use some prunes and figs for extra richness, self raising flour, orange juice concentrate (i substitute 1 cup of juice with rum or try baileys irish cream), cocoa powder, mixed spice (or 2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp ground cloves)
