chicken tenders, balsamic dressing (not lite ), diced tomatoes, drained, snow peas, salt, pasta, cooked and drained

extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, chopped fresh basil, chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh oregano, red pepper flakes (or to taste), boneless chicken breasts or 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cooked pasta (i like penne), prepared pasta sauce (i use home cooked, but a jar would work just fine)
