whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, white sugar (more or less , or can omit), baking powder, powdered milk (i used soy), wheat germ (optional), cream of wheat (optional), oil, water, egg, garlic powder (not salt, good for flea control), chow mein noodles (only a few though), leftover rice or noodles or bits meat, nuts (whatever you have on hand), dog food (moist or dry), bacon bits (mine are made with soy beans)
