5 potato homemade dipping Recipes

russet (baking) potatoes (5 or 6), vegetable oil for deep-frying, salt

fraiche or sour cream, smoked salmon, minced, chopped fresh chives, vodka, ground white pepper, assorted crackers , mini toasts or homemade potato chips

roughly chopped shallots, crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, salt and freshly ground black pepper, freshly chopped chives, for garnish, sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, paprika, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, salted kettle potato chips
