3 pecan bourbon dipping Recipes

pecans, semi-sweet chocolate, bourbon, butter, powdered sugar, parafin, combine pecans and the bourbon,let set for about 3 to 4 hours for the pecans to absorb the bourbon flavor., cream butter ,powdered sugr with mixer,add bourbon and pecan mixture., roll mixture into small balls ,chill for a couple of hours., melt chocolate ,add a small amount of parafin., heat untl melted ., dip balls into chocolate and place on wax lined sheet,place in refrigerator for a short while.
