a 1-lb package of orzo pasta, green onions, chopped up, feta cheese, fresh dill. . .fresh is sooo much better in flavor then dried, fresh lemon juice, olive oil (i use extra-virgin), shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined (i cooked mine simply in salted water), cucumber (my was about 1 foot long and not overly fat.) quarter the lengthwise so that you have 4 long strips and then cut into 1/4-inch thick pieces, cucumber (used for full, thin slices on top of salad), basket cherry tomatoes, cut in half and divided, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, fresh dill sprigs for decorating the top of the salad
