porcini mushrooms (1 1/2 oz), olive oil, chopped prosciutto (2 oz.), chopped onion, sliced cremini mushrooms or 4 cups button mushrooms (8 oz), grated fresh lemon rind, salt, pepper, garlic, chicken broth, dry red wine, cornstarch, water, hot cooked cavatappi pasta (2 cups uncooked )

butter (1 full stick), fresh fettuccine pasta (refrigerator section of grocery store), prosciutto ham, slices cubed imported (1/4 inch thick ), cream cheese (i used 1/3 the fat and it was fine), heavy cream, fresh garlic, chopped fine, salt & freshly ground black pepper, fresh grated romano cheese, & parmesan cheese combined, nutmeg, lemon juice , as needed
