olive oil, your favorite loose italian sausage, onion, chopped, bell pepper, chopped, garlic cloves, jarred pesto sauce (can substitute 1 tbsp dried italian herbs), italian stewed tomatoes or 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans italian-style diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, cannellini beans or 1 (14 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed, frozen mixed vegetables, beef stock, uncooked elbow macaroni

penne pasta, cooked and kept warm, links sun-dried tomato chicken sausage, chopped (aidels or emeril brand is what i usually use, mushroom or pesto sausage works well too), diced tomatoes, undrained, zucchini, sliced (i use frozen ), mushroom, sliced, spinach (i use frozen ), bell pepper, chopped (i use frozen ), onion, chopped fine, red wine, garlic clove, minced, balsamic vinegar, mrs. dash seasoning mix (original, sun-dried tomato, or garlic & herb all work well), nonstick cooking spray (use as needed )
