packaged pie crusts (premade), shredded cheese, blend (can use any flavor-montery or colby, italian, mexican), pimientos, diced deli ham, eggs, half-and-half, chopped scallion, all-purpose flour, salt, pepper

flour tortillas cut into (8) 3-4 circles, oil to fry, garlic diced, onion diced, spinach chopped, bacon chopped, mushroom chopped, cream, crushed cashews, parmesan cheese, petite diced tomato, salt & pepper

hot italian sausages or 1/2 lb chorizo sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped jalapenos or 1/2 cup mild green chili pepper (2 4.5 oz cans), eggs, salsa, ready-made pie crusts (2- 9 inch pie crusts per package, i use pillsbury already made pie crusts)
