oil (i use rice bran , but i m pretty sure mom just used vegetable ), vinegar, garlic clove, crushed, salt, pepper, soy sauce (i use miso tamari, though i m sure mom just used regular ol ), worcestershire sauce (i like annie s), dry mustard

white vinegar, soy sauce, minced ginger or 1 tsp ground ginger, olive oil, toasted sesame oil, garlic cloves, minced, hot red pepper sauce (optional), chopped green onion
