unsweetened baking chocolate, semi sweet or bittersweet chocolate, unsalted butter, sugar, eggs, all-purpose flour, salt, vanilla bean paste or pure vanilla extract (i actually use a little more, i love vanilla), chocolate chips , or 2 cups of regular , or two cups of nuts, or 1 cup chips and 1 cup nuts, you can vary it as much as you like. i really like using 1 cup of pecans and 1 cup of mini chips.
