lean ground beef (or turkey), stove top chicken flavor stuffing mix (trust me, the chicken flavor tastes best!), eggs, water, lipton beef and onion soup mix

dry onion soup mix , lipton beefy, ground turkey breast or 1 1/2 lbs ground chicken breast, soft breadcrumbs, ketchup (i use hunt s but any brand will do), water, egg substitute (egg beaters), low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded, bacon bits (i use generic , but any brand will do), mashed potatoes (instant, homemade or ready-made )
