3 left steak cheese sauce Recipes

left over steak, yellow onion, flour, butter (2 tbsp for onions&2tbls for cheese sauce), shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, milk, any kind of soft dinner rolls (your choice ) or hot dogs (your choice) or hamburger roll (your choice), sugar, salt and pepper

pasta (i use whole wheat penne), garlic cloves, chopped, mccormick grill seasoning (such as montreal steak seasoning), hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil (divided ), onions (sliced 1in thick ), chicken breasts (thin cut cutlets), dijon mustard, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated (or pecorino romano), arugula (washed and coarsely chopped ), radicchio (a small head cored and coarsely chopped), fresh basil (about 20 leaves, coarsely chopped ), celery ribs, thinly sliced, fresh mozzarella ball (i use a fresh ball cut into bite sized pieces), grape tomatoes (left whole if small, cut in halves or quarters if larger), salt (to taste), pepper (to taste)
