3 jelly aka jelly Recipes

chili sauce (like heinz), tomato sauce, grape jelly, chopped mild green chilies ((4 ounce can can be used too, but i like 7)), dried onion flakes, garlic powder, your favorite curry powder , to taste, dried ancho chile powder, dried chipotle powder , to taste (optional), pre-cooked frozen meatballs (i prefer the ones from ikea)

ground beef or 1 1/2 lbs turkey, pasta sauce, garlic powder, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, grape jelly (makes the sauce darker, richer & that combined with the pepper flakes give it a sweet & spicy flavor), pasta, of your choice (we like medium shells or rotini & half white & half whole wheat pasta), onion, finely chopped, shredded mozzarella cheese
