lean rump steak, dairy and wheat-free worcestershire sauce, fresh coarse ground black pepper, gluten-free pasta , fusilli (we used notta pasta), spring onion, thinly sliced, red peppers, grilled to remove the skins , deseeded and thickly sliced, fresh basil , torn, extra virgin olive oil, sherry wine vinegar, freshly grated horseradish , to taste
