red potatoes, skin on, eggs, divided, chopped onion, water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped, celery rib, finely sliced (without leaves ), dill weed, crushed, garlic powder, celery seed, dry mustard, turmeric (gives potato salad beautiful yellow color), parsley flakes, ground, sweet pickle juice, light mayonnaise, prepared yellow mustard, prepared dijon mustard, honey mustard dressing, salt and pepper (i used 1 tsp of each), parsley flakes, crushed (for garnish )
